Lion’s Head Mountain Temples

Lion’s Head Mountain in northern Taiwan houses a collection of exquisite temples, shrines & monasteries. The area is shaped like a rectangle, with an area of 242 square kilometers divided between Miaoli and Hsinchu counties. While there, do check out the Emei Lake, landmarked by an immense statue of Maitreya Buddha. It’s great for hiking enthusiasts and spiritual tourists.
